One of the most random stories we featured on Balls in 2012 was when Daniel Radcliffe went on a night out with the Dublin minor football team after they won the All Ireland title.
In what was no doubt a magical night (no pun intended), the one caveat was that Dublin players Conor Mullally and Noel Walsh had to fork out for Radcliffe's taxi home after the house party. However, two years on Radcliffe has come up trumps.
The Harry Potter star has sent them a letter, expressing his thanks for that night and crisp €50 note to boot. He didn't Weasley his way out of paying after all ... I'll see myself out.
