Dan Shanahan has joined the Waterford camogie backroom team for the 2020 season.
His appointment as senior coach was announced on Sunday evening. The 2007 Hurler of the Year will be part of Fergal O'Brien's management group.
O'Brien was named as Waterford manager in October, taking over from Donal O'Rourke who had been in charge for two seasons.
O'Brien and Shanahan previously worked together as part of Derek McGrath's Waterford hurling management team.

Shanahan is a Deise legend. He hurled with the country for 15 years - winning four Munster titles and a National League - before retiring in 2010.
The Waterford camogie team were knocked out at the quarter-final stage in the 2019 championship, losing to eventual All-Ireland champions Galway by eight points.
Waterford had two players - half-back Lorraine Bray and corner-forward Beth Carton - on the 2019 Liberty Insurance Camogie All-Star team.
