One of the benefits of emigration is the spread of out national games and judging by his tweets this morning, hurling has spread as far as New Zealand out-half Dan Carter.
Not satisfied with being the best out-half currently playing the oval ball game, Carter turned his hand to another field game by turning out to practise with some Irish lads in a local Christchurch park.
I could definitely see him doing a job at centre forward.
