Conor Cusack's All-Ireland runner-up medal and his Munster championship winners' medal finally arrived in the post today. The Munster medal is a treasure. All-Ireland runner-up medals as we know are for flinging against a wall when trying to motivate your team at half-time in an All-Ireland finals. It's the second time in recent times that Cloyne has had a similar feel-good story, as Christy Ring's family received his 1954 All-Ireland winners medal last year.
Well holy God! Look what finally arrived after 7 years. They were worth the wait... pic.twitter.com/AIG2W5WPb6
