Eight-year-old Conall Harvey along with his parents paid a visit to the Tyrone dressing room shortly before Sunday's All-Ireland final.
Conall, who was diagnosed with leukemia via sepsis shock in 2015, was presented a signed Tyrone jersey by manager Mickey Harte.
Despite losing both of his legs along with the fingers of his right hand to the illness, Conall - who hails from Delaware - still plays Gaelic football.
The trip to the All-Ireland final was organised by Club Tyrone New York.
Conall also made an appearance on Saturday night's Up For The Match.
