It's not just the umpire smoking his pipe, it's the other umpire and goalkeeper casually engaged in conversation with a spectator. Those were more innocent times I guess, before TG4 killed the game with big money TV deals. If that scene was filmed today the umpire would probably be smoking a crack pipe. The YouTube clip is titled 'Moyvane Gaa...', Moyvane is a village about 10 minutes from Listowel and this is classic North Kerry.
