Clare are set to take on Wexford this weekend as the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship reaches the quarter-final stage as both counties look to continue their championship campaigns. Here's everything you need to know about Clare v Wexford.

For Munster runners-up Clare, they will be looking to bounce back from their provincial final loss. Brian Lohan's side won three and lost one of their round-robin games which saw them finish second within the round-robin and qualify for the Munster final.

In the final, the Banner would face a Limerick side looking to make it six Mick Mackey Cup's in a row, which is what would become reality as John Kiely's side would win 1-26 to 1-20 despite a spirited Clare performance.

In Wexford's case, they will be looking to continue their winning momentum in knockout hurling. In the Leinster championship, two wins, a draw, and two losses was just enough for the Yellowbellies to finish third in the provincial round-robin and advance to the preliminary quarter-final.
