Tipperary are set to do battle with Clare this weekend as the round-robin stage of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship draws to a close. Here's everything you need to know about Clare v Tipperary.
In Tipperary's case, they'll want to end their championship on a high in what has been a disappointing Munster campaign for them. The Premier County started their championship run with a heavy defeat away to Limerick before grabbing a point in an away draw to Waterford.
Last time out, Tipperary faced Cork at FBD Semple Stadium where the Rebels ran riot against Liam Cahill's team with a final score of 1-21 to 4-30, leaving them bottom of the Munster table.
For Clare, they will be looking to keep their winning momentum following two wins on the bounce. The Banner kicked off their championship campaign with a loss at home to Limerick before traveling away to Cork and grabbing a close win.
Brian Lohan's men faced off against Waterford in Ennis last time out where a controversial late 65' decision allowed Mark Rodgers to score a point to win the game for Clare 4-21 to 2-26.

The game will be remembered more for the scenes after the final whistle, where Waterford manager Davy Fitzgerald had to be physically separated from the match officials after he approached and berated them.
For third-place Clare, a draw confirms their place in the Munster final while Tipperary will likely finish bottom of the table regardless of a win unless there is a sizeable point differential shift between them and Waterford.
