Clare captain Eoghan Gunning - Man of the Match in the Munster final against Cork and the All-Ireland final against Galway - has been named Electric Ireland Minor Star Hurling Player of the Year.

Goalkeeper
1. Shane Murray (Galway and Kilconieron)
Full-back line
2. Eogan Gunning (Clare and Broadford)
3. Ronan Keane (Clare and Killanena)
4. Sean Murphy (Galway and Clarinbridge)
The All-Ireland-winning @GaaClare captain scarcely put a foot wrong during the Banner County’s campaign. Defending from the foot, he was capable of turning the ball over and starting attacks and was a deserving Player of the Match in the All-Ireland final. pic.twitter.com/L1kUBtbpPA

Half-back line
5. Matthew O'Halloran (Clare and Sixmilebridge)
6. James Hegarty (Clare and Inagh-Kilnamona)
7. David O'Leary (Cork and Ballincollig)
To have a centre-back capable of marshalling a defence with style and steel is a desire for any management; to have once capable of making such an impact on the scoreboard from dead balls is the stuff of dreams and in Hegarty, @GaaClare had that. pic.twitter.com/yB62lLtstm

Midfield
8. Michael Burke (Galway and Skehana/Mountbellow-Moylough)
9. Matthew Fitzgerald (Limerick and Monaleen)
Limerick were unlucky not to make the Munster final, finishing level on points with Cork and Clare before losing to the Banner in the semi-final. Fitzgerald played a key part in their opening three wins, including two vital points in the win over Tipperary. pic.twitter.com/2mQL4DabrH

Half-forward line
10. Greg Kelly (Kilkenny and O'Loughlin Gaels)
11. Michael Collins (Clare and Clonlara)
12. Barry Walsh (Cork and Killeagh)
In a tough campaign, the @KilleaghGAA player performed heroically throughout and was @OfficialCorkGAA’s top or joint-top scorer in each of the games that he played. pic.twitter.com/TNWGNWcSR9

Full-forward line
13. Jason Rabbitte (Galway and Athenry)
14. Marc O'Brien (Clare and Cratloe)
15. Aaron Niland (Galway and Clarinbridge)
In seven matches, the championship’s top scorer landed 4-72. Eleven points in the Leinster final earned Galway the provincial title at the first time of asking and he took the fight to Clare in the All-Ireland final, finishing as the highest scorer in that match with 0-8. pic.twitter.com/6m23ySpaYI
