Dublin's Ciaran Kilkenny will miss the rest of the season after it was confirmed that he ruptured his cruciate ligament.
The attacker left the field early in Dublin's win over Kildare in the Allianz League last night and after a scan today, a ruptured ACL injury was confirmed.
Kilkenny lit up the championship last year playing a pivotal role from centre forward in Dublin's march to the All Ireland championship. Here's hoping he has a full and speedy recovery.
