Before Sky Sports and their GAA coverage, Channel 4 brought fans across the water highlights of Gaelic football and hurling.
Thanks to KillianM2 on YouTube, the opening titles of Channel 4's coverage from 1995 has been uploaded.
Listen out for the continuity announcer making us aware of our opportunity to take a 'front seat at the Gaelic Games' - as if it was an event being held over three weeks in the middle of summer.
The clip also features Jimmy Magee giving an overview of future plans for Croke Park.
Most amusingly, there's also the Croke Park groundsman, Paddy Walsh, greeting Jimmy as if it was a normal thing to see him with a film crew on the pitch of a Tuesday afternoon.
