If there's an obscure GAA jersey sighting anywhere in the World, we'll find it.
It's been a while since we were so happy to see a sleeveless Kerry jersey at the Met Gala, one of the fashion World's showpiece events, but thankfully a cast member of the mega-popular Game Of Thrones has provided us with another GAA jersey sighting out in the wild of US celebrity culture.
Lena Headey, who plays Cersei Lannister in Game Of Thrones, found her routine trip to the airport in the headlines as she went "make-up free in LAX", which is apparently worth a story, and with her was her young song Wylie, who was kitted out head to toe in an Antrim kit, and that is definitely worth a story to us.
So there you have it, Cersei Lannister is a massive Antrim GAA fan, and she insists that her children show their support everywhere they go.
Or, because Game Of Thrones shoots in Belfast she probably took her son to see a GAA match and he really liked it, so she bought him a kit.
We prefer the first, albeit less likely, reason. He's got the #4 on his jersey as well, an Antrim left corner back in the making?
