Storm Ashley caused disruption all over the country on the biggest county final weekend of the year.
County finals were postponed in Armagh, Clare, Longford, Fermanagh, Mayo, Wicklow and Tyrone with the hurling semi-finals falling by the way-side in Galway.
The Cavan senior football final between Ramor United and Crosserlough went ahead despite powerful gusts which caused the posts to shake.
Predictably, the scoring was low with Crosserlough winning out by 2-6 to 0-4. Second half goals from Stephen Smyth and Conor Rehill helped Crosserlough to the 11th title in their history, and their first since 2020.
Take a look at the footage below to see the kind of conditions the game was played in.

Screeney stars in Offaly final
An sharpshooting display from Adam Screeney inspired Kilcormac Killoughey to their second Offaly senior hurling title in a row, with the young forward hitting 0-10, including 0-6 from play in their 0-16 to 1-11 win over Ballinamere Durrow.
The underdogs led the final by 1-10 to 0-11 with fifteen minutes to go but Screeney scored Kilcormac's last five points to steer them to glory.
Loughmore Castleiney do the double
Loughmore-Castleiney defeated Clonmel Commercials by 0-11 to 0-7 to do the Tipperary senior hurling and football double for the third time in their history. Four points from former All-Ireland minor winning captain Liam McGrath (MOTM) were crucial for the dual club as they backed up their hurling triumph from last week, advancing to Munster in both codes.
St Mary's Ardee do three-in-a-row in Louth
There were only eight scores in the Louth senior football final, with St Mary's Ardee winning a third title in a row after a 2-2 to 0-4 win over Naomh Mairtín.
Kian Moran's early goal was crucial with the wind having a huge bearing on the game.
The wind is acting as the 16th man as Kian Moran scores a goal from distance😅
