Given last weekend was a busy weekend of sport we got a little distracted following all the live action and overlooked the brilliant British Twitter reaction to the melee that broke out between Armagh and Donegal in Saturday's quarter-final.
It included a lot of players pushing and shoving, Paul Grimley facing down Donegal players and of course the Donegal doctor getting pushed over. Handbags stuff but of course, the British had never heard of the concept of a 'shemozzle' before.
While only a few took to Twitter to react, they were definitely taken aback.
Is this Irish Football on Sky for real? A medical staff just got floored by a player and the crowd were loving it! Are there any rules? #gaa

Go to sky sports 3 and watch ten minutes of Gaelic football. It's superb! There was just a 2 min scrap and only 1 yellow card #gaylick

Watching my first 5 minutes of Gaelic football and I've seen a full on brawl and a physio getting punched. Series link is now on.
