Na Fianna manager Niall Ó Ceallacháin looks set to call on some familiar faces from the club as he transitions to the Dublin job for the 2025 inter-county season.
Ó Ceallacháin has led the Glasnevin club to their first-ever Leinster senior hurling title this year, after back-to-back county championships. They are now staring down a maiden All-Ireland hurling final next month.
The impressive exploits of Na Fianna over the past few seasons have earned Ó Ceallacháin the manager's job with the county hurlers, after the departure of Micheál Donoghue earlier this year.
Reports this week suggest he is set to call up a former Limerick man and All-Ireland winner from the ranks of his club when he takes the Dublin job after the All-Ireland final.

Limerick man Brian Ryan set to link up with Dublin panel
The Irish Independent report on Wednesday that Limerick's Brian Ryan is set to play for Dublin in 2025, after his brilliant displays for Na Fianna on the road to Croke Park.
Ryan previously played for Limerick in the 2020 and 2021 seasons, winning an All-Ireland medal in 2020 as a member of John Kiely's extended panel.
A move to Dublin saw him join up with Na Fianna to continue hurling, where he has spent the last few seasons playing under Niall Ó Ceallacháin. Ryan has been a pivotal influence in the club's historic 2024 season, a rock in midfield as they have won out against every challenge thrown at them.
The Independent suggest that making Ryan a part of the Dublin panel will be one of Ó Ceallacháin's first key moves as manager, with the 26-year-old set to switch his inter-county allegiance.
Ryan is not the only Limerick man plying his trade for Na Fianna, with Charlie McCarthy of Adare part of the extended panel.
It's a shrewd move from Niall Ó Ceallacháin very early in his Dublin tenure. Fans of the Dubs will hope that they can make the most of Ryan's All-Ireland-winning experience in 2025 and beyond.
