Late in Sunday's All-Ireland hurling semi-final between Cork and Tipperary, a man not wearing a baseball cap appeared on the big screens at Croke Park. After a moment of uncertainty, the crowd realised that it was in fact Brian Cody, eyeing up Kilkenny's opposition for September 7th.
The boos rang out from the Tipp supporters enjoying the final few minutes of their demolition of Cork. Cody really lapped it up, even managing a smile.
He's definitely penciled this one down in his little notebook of reasons to beat Tipp.
