We would adapt the line that 'there won't be a cow milked' to suit celebrations in Ballyragget, Kilkenny, but are forbidden to as this is a family website.
But the country's most infamous gang of intermediate hurlers have further reason to celebrate tonight, as they've been crowned Leinster champions this afternoon. They nudged past Glenealy of Wicklow in today's final, winning by a single point.

Ballyragget, of course, sprung to the attention of anyone with WhatsApp a result of their carnal cavorting after winning the Kilkenny title last month, and there had been some concern that the club would be deprived of the opportunity to compete in the Leinster championship at all: some of those who saw their WhatsApp group brought into disrepute moralised that they should be kicked out of the competition.
That happily did not materialise, and the club have completed their journey to Leinster champions.
