Dr Crokes beat Austin Stacks in an epic game to open the Kerry Senior Football Championship in Tralee on Friday night.
Though the game was behind closed doors, it was thankfully live on TG4 for all to see.
Crokes won the game - which required extra-time to separate the teams - 3-19 to 2-17.
The sides were level at the break at 1-5 each. With seven minutes of normal time to play, Crokes looked as though they were heading for victory, a presumption aided by a Brian Looney goal moments later.
In a phase of play which saw Crokes eating up the clock, the ball fell into the possession of goalkeeper Shane Murphy.
He launched the ball forward to Tony Brosnan who fielded it over the head of Paul O'Sullivan. Seconds later, the ball was palmed into the net by Brian Looney.

It appeared as though Stacks were dead and buried but there was to be a miraculous resurrection. Down five points in the fifth minute of injury time, they scored 1-2 to level the game.
That comeback included a goal from Kieran Donaghy and the equalising point from Sean Quilter.
Crokes half-forward Micheál Burns was sent-off late in normal time after clashing with Donaghy.

Crokes led 2-16 to 2-15 at half-time in extra time. It was thereafter that they took over.
Early in the second period, Tony Brosnan scored his second penalty of the game - he notched up 2-10 in all - and Crokes added two more points as they knocked Stacks out of the championship.
