Armagh met Fermanagh today in the Ulster Championship in what has so far proved to be a tense and competitive encounter. Yet action was not just reserved for the field as a sideline altercation saw Armagh coach Paddy McKeever sent off in the first half.
The incident came just after a heavy challenge which saw Fermanagh's Eoin Donnelly booked. Per BBC NI's sideline reporter Thomas Kean, McKeever then pushed Fermanagh coach Rory Gallagher and was sent off.
After that challenge by Ryan Jones when he was given a yellow card, Paddy McKeever the Armagh assistant then reacted and pushed Rory Gallagher which meant subsequently McKeever was sent to the stands.
Initially, the Fermanagh twitter reported the sending off was the result of McKeever's words with the referee.
