Anthony Tohill took to the Second Captains Live couch last night like a horse to water, turning out to be one of the best guests on the show to date. The Derryman has had a interesting journey in sport, from trying his hand as a professional AFL player to winning an All Ireland and also going for a trial with Man United.
During his trial with United in 1995 he played a couple of reserve games for the club alongside the Class of '92. When asked last night by the lads if he'd looked at a player and thought that guy has got something special, Tohill had a great story about how he wrongly predicted the demise of one teammate. One who went on to have quite the career...
