One of the most striking images from Donegal's All Ireland win last month against Mayo was the embrace between Mark McHugh and his father Martin (who won the All-Ireland with Donegal in 1992).
Last night Mark put up a photo on his ever popular facebook page of himself (in his 2012 final jersey) along with his father Martin (in his 1992 final jersey) with the Sam Maguire Cup.
Its a nice way of seeing how GAA jerseys have evolved in 20 years. We cant imagine many players from the current Donegal team being able to fit in their jerseys in 20 years time. The 1992 version was a little baggier.
