More potential ammunition for Joe Brolly. The Ulster Bank is losing people at a rate of knots and we have another temporarily full-time Gaelic footballer in our midst.
According to the Irish Independent, Kieran Donaghy has agreed a severance package with the Ulster Bank and will devote himself entirely to football and his family for the upcoming summer.
Donaghy turned 31 two months ago and, following Austin Stacks triumph in Kerry last autumn, has been appointed captain for the upcoming year. The combination of these factors have contributed to his decision to give everything to Kerry for 2015.
The Ulster Bank lost two other people in recent times. Darran O'Sullivan left the Ulster Bank at the end of last year with a view to becoming an 'athlete mentor' with Sky Sports.
And former Ulster Bank employee Karl Lacey, who left to complete a masters in sports performance in UL last year, said he wouldn't be seeking work until the end of this year's championship.
