The Mayo county board met on Tuesday evening (they were tweeting about it) with nominations put forward for the role of U21 manager, interestingly former Mayo senior boss John Maughan is a candidate, and also a decision was made on next year's minor manager. Enda Gilvarry will continue in the role.
Not long after the meeting concluded, Aidan O'Shea was on Twitter posting a somewhat cryptic message about Mayo GAA. The midfielder cum full-forward line weapon seemed to question the rationale of a recent decision by the county board.
Logic & @MayoGAA rarely go together.

The tweet was a lone one from the Breaffy man, he did not expand any further on the matter.
It is possible that he was questioning something decided at Tuesday night's county board meeting, or perhaps something else.
The future of Donie Buckley - a coach who has been part of the Mayo backroom team for the past three years - was placed in doubt recently. The Irish Independent's Colm Keys reported on Tuesday that the Kerryman was considering stepping away from the role.
It would be pure speculation to suggest that O'Shea was referencing the rumoured Buckley situation, but it is certainly a possibility.
More will surely emerge regarding O'Shea's frustration in the coming days.
