Fr. Peter Quinn, a member of the last Mayo team to win the All-Ireland, has died in Sligo aged 91.
He broke the ban on clerics playing inter-county football by assuming the name 'Peter Quinlan'. He won back to back medals with Mayo in '50 and '51.
Quinn played at wing back in the victories in Louth and Meath in respective finals.
