The man with the permanent tan, former Sligo footballer Eamon O'Hara is taking his first steps into management, after it was announced that he'll take charge of Mayo side, Ballaghaderreen.
O'Hara is no stranger to Sunday Game aficionados, having featured as an analyst since retiring from intercounty football in 2013. The 39-year-old will be coaching the likes of Andy Moran, in a side who won the Mayo championship two year ago.
It'll be see how O'Hara gets on, in a province that seems to be supplying a lot of talented young managers in recent years. Another westerner of that generation, former Roscommon goalkeeper Shane Curran, was appointed manager of Padraig Pearses in Roscommon last week.
