Colm Cooper made his inter-county comeback as Kerry drew with Tyrone in Omagh. The Gooch entered the action as a second half substitute.
It was more than a token appearance for the four-time All-Ireland winner though. He brilliantly set up a late point for Kieran Donaghy with a diagonal cross field ball.
The draw was enough to see the Kingdom retain their Division One status. It was not enough for Tyrone though, they needed to beat Kerry by two points or more to prevent relegation. It will be Division Two of the Allianz League for them next year.
