Despite his humble post-WWE persona, The People's Champ himself is more than happy to admit that he's the hardest working man in showbiz - although he did once point out to us that Jenny From The Block can rival The Rock when it comes to the daily grind.

Though the big man takes in over 5,000 calories per day in order to maintain his colossal physical frame, it recently emerged that Johnson hasn't so much as tasted 'candy' since a dark day in 1989, when he treated himself to a Twizzler.
US talk-show host Jimmy Fallon - like many of us, left in sheer disbelief at such outrageous (and almost annoying) discipline - decided enough was enough when Johnson appeared on The Tonight Show across the Atlantic last night.
Accepting that he was on set to promote his upcoming flick Central Intelligence, The Rock agreed to send shockwaves around the world, and eat some goodies for the first time in 27 years.
