Dimitar Berbatov is a divisive figure among football fans, as there are those who think that the Bulgarian striker's languid style and utterly flawless touch make him an absolute treasure and exhibitor of football in its most beautiful form... And those who are wrong.
Since leaving Monaco and signing with PAOK, we see much less of Berba than we would have wanted, and that is largely due to a bad injury which the former Manchester United striker is currently undergoing rehabilitation for.
Berbatov is not someone you could imagine grafting in the gym and pumping weights in a bid to get back on the pitch as soon as possible (although by all accounts he is doing just that), and sure enough, his latest update video is a fitness tip that offers an alternative with much less effort involved:
