As we eagerly await news on a potential return to the Octagon for Georges St-Pierre, the legendary Canadian fighter has been working away in the gym and occasionally sharing tips with his Facebook followers.
Today GSP decided to show off a new pull-up technique that he and his coach explain with help build strength in the lats, and will help with "takedown power" for anyone who is training in MMA.
It certainly looks quite interesting.
