Running a triathlon is impressive in itself, but the last one kilometre of the final race in the World Triathlon Series in 2016 was packed full of drama that has gone viral.
Great Britain's pair of brothers Jonny and Alistair Brownlee came in second and third place respectively - but there is a big argument that one of them could or should have claimed the gold medal.
Jonny was clear in the lead coming into the final kilometre, but clearly misjudged his pacing and was running on empty. At the beginning of the video, he begins to stumble and needs to be held up, as South African Henri Schoeman and Alistair were coming around the corner in second and third place in the humid conditions in Mexico.
Instead of running past his brother, Alistair stops and pulls his arm around his shoulder to carry him the last leg of the way. The brother gave up any chance he had of a gold medal. Jonny needed to win the race to claim the victory in the entire series too:

Jonny collapsed after Alistair pushed him over the line in second, and there were some concerns over Jonny's health - but he later tweeted from his hospital bed that he was going to be ok:
Not how I wanted to end the season, but gave it everything. Thanks @AliBrownleetri, your loyalty is incredible pic.twitter.com/6uG4QiIgfS

The world was amazed at Alistair's sportsmanship, and the older brother and two-time Olympic gold medallist said it was a natural reaction to him seeing a competitor in trouble - even if it was his brother:
I'd have done the same thing for anyone in that position.
It being his brother though, he couldn't resist getting in a jab at his sibling after finding out he was ok:
I wish the flippin' idiot had paced it right and crossed the finish line first. He could have jogged that last two kilometres and won the race.
You have to race the conditions. I was comfortable in third. I raced the conditions, I took the water on, made myself cool and I was alright."
Relief in the whole camp, @jonny_brownlee is coherent and talking now. #WTSCozumel
