Have you made a deal with yourself that 2019 is going to be the year where you shake things up a bit?
Whether it was a definite yes, a kind of pause, linger, maybe or even just a roll of the eyes, the end of the month sees a unique and dynamic event hitting The Convention Centre Dublin which is a must for any wellness buff, or for those looking that little sprinkle of inspiration.
Thrive Festival is a brand new health, fitness and wellness event designed specifically with you at the centre.
Spread over two days at the iconic venue on North Wall Quay, Dublin, festival-goers will have the opportunity to come face-to-face with some of Ireland's leaders in the fitness, mindfulness, nutrition and wellness industries.
With morning and afternoon tickets available on both Saturday, March 30th and Sunday, March 31st, attendees can choose to attend 5 sessions from over 200 experiences as part of their ticket, with the emphasis all on helping each and every person get exactly what they want.
Whether we're talking working up a sweat at a cardio class, perfecting your Downward Dog in the yoga rooms, getting back in touch with the Pilates principles or maybe a touch of everything, instructed classes are available throughout the day.
We can't wait for Thrive at the end of this month in The Convention Centre Dublin @TheCCD!

But as any true festival goer will attest to, it's the variety that sets the good ones apart.
That in mind, Thrive want to swot you up on about what should and shouldn't be going in our mouths, whilst offering the best advice to rid your life from all those unnecessary stresses.
With keynote addresses from actress, model, Strictly Come Dancer and author of The Ultimate Body Plan Gemma Atkinson (Saturday) and medical-slash-nutritional extraordinaire, The Food Medic herself, Dr Hazel Wallace (Sunday), you need only remove your workout audio wear to garner some expert advice.
Doors open 8.30 a.m each morning, giving patrons two full days of learning, moving and chilling.
Thrive Festival, brought to you by the team behind Taste of Dublin, is most certainly the ultimate event for wellness warriors everywhere. Head over to www.thrivefestival.ie/
