This one the ultimate displays of sportsmanship. Sepahan were leading Al Nasr 1-0 during their AFC Champions League match when one of their players was injured after blocking a shot. Al Nasr put the ball out of play so he could receive treatment, and when play resumed Sepahan threw the ball back in the direction of the Al Nasr goalkeeper, to give them back possession.

However, their striker Xhevair Sukaj was obviously slightly confused, and ran onto the ball, before attempting to round goalkeeper Abdualla Moosa Ali. Moosa Ali promptly took him down in desperation, and was sent off after Sepahan were awarded a penalty for the foul. Amidst all the madness, Sepahan manager Zlatko Kranjcar ordered Sukaj to purposely miss the penalty. Al Nasr still had to play out the remainder with only 10 men, but kudos to the former Croatia manager for his sporting gesture.
