Football Leaks are sleuthing once again, and having exposed a number of footballer's contracts up to now - including their reveal that Roberto Firmino's Liverpool contract includes a clause stating that he is not permitted to join Arsenal - they have now spilled the details on the frankly absurd amount of money that Manchester United are paying Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The details are included in a new book entitled Football Leaks: The Dirty Business of Football, to be published in Germany next week.
The Daily Mail have been given an exclusive peek at the book, and they have revealed today the crazy money that Zlatan is making at Old Trafford.
Ibrahimovic joined United on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last summer, and has proved a success: he is the club's top scorer this season, despite having his season cut short by a knee injury sustained against Anderlecht on April 20th. Those goals have come at a hell of a price: United are paying the Swede an eye-watering £367,640 a week, which totals £19 million per year. Zlatan is also due a goals bonus of £2.86 million.
They also divulged the details of Paul Pogba's contract: he makes £165, 588 per week, totalling £11.48 million per year. If he hangs around until 2018/19, he will bag a loyalty bonus of £3.78 million.
The most remarkable fact of it all is the money earned by agent Mino Raiola: a total of £41 million from the Pogba deal alone. He earned a £22.8 million slice of the transfer fee, and is still owed five installments of £16.39 million and a £2.2 million payment, to be paid via Pogba.
