One of sports most iconic images from the 21st Century has been turned into a statue. Artist Adel Abdessemed has created a piece based around the memorarable moment from extra time in the 2006 World Cup final in Berlin with Zinedine Zidane head butted Marco Materazzi in the chest.

The statue is located outside the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris and is 5 metres tall.
