Sometimes football fans can let their passion spill over and their judgement becomes slightly hindered, but then again some football fans are absolute nutjobs.
The latter could probably be said about a Southend fan who ran onto the pitch and over to a hostile group of Colchester fans and tried to fight them all at once.
Players can be seen rushing over to stop more Southend fans getting involved, as the initial madman was dealt with by stewards:
