The draw for the European playoffs for the 2014 World Cup was made in Switzerland this afternoon.

Either Cristiano Ronaldo or Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be missing from Brazil as Portugal and Sweden were drawn together. France will be relieved to have avoided Portugal but will have to travel to Ukraine in mid-November.

Greece and Romania will both fancy their chances against each other, while Iceland will have to overcome Croatia if they are to reach their first ever World Cup.
