This strange picture comes courtesy of TMZ. Maybe Ferrell is preparing for his next big film role, playing a disgruntled Irish fan in a Hollywood adaptation of Ireland's performance in the Euros? He certainly has that shell-shocked/drunken look that many that traveled over to Poznan and Gdansk had anyway.
