Brazilian club Madureira have not only adopted the military theorist's insignia, they have turned their entire jersey into a homage to the Cuban flag.

The design is a commemorative jersey to mark the club's 50th anniversary of the tour of Cuba in 1963 and has seen sales sky rocket from ten per month to over three thousand in a week.

Look out for Cork City FC adopting a tri colour and a Michael Collins headshot for next season's Airtricity League campaign.
