So, after a long, long year of competitive-free games since the last clashes with Wales and Denmark, we're back with competitive games against...Wales and Denmark. First up in the Nations League is a game with the Welsh in Cardiff, and if you're not going to Cardiff, then read on for details on where to watch Ireland vs Wales.
Where to watch Ireland vs Wales?
The game is not live on free-to-air TV in Ireland - Sky have the rights to the Nations League. The Wales game is live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event from 7pm on Thursday. Kick off is at 7.45pm.
Virgin Media Three are broadcasting highlights of the game from 10pm on Thursday evening, and the whole game is being replayed on the same channel from 11pm.
There is a way of seeing it free to air if you have a satellite package of some description: the game is live on the Welsh-language channel S4c from 7.30pm on Thursday.
Have Ireland many injuries to contend with?
Erm..yes. Declan Rice and Harry Arter are out for reasons well-publicised, while James McClean is out with an arm injury sustained in camp this week. Alan Browne is out too, having picked up a calf injury. Also missing are Shane Long (foot), Robbie Brady (ankle - he has recovered from his broken leg but has since rolled his ankle), Seani Maguire (hamstring), Scott Hogan (groin) and James McCarthy (leg).
Martin O'Neill has confirmed we may see an Irish debut from the off in Cardiff - expect that to be Preston's Callum Robinson.
And Wales?
Erm...no. Aaron Ramsey, Joe Allen and Gareth Bale are all fit. The win in Cardiff was achieved with Ramsey the only one of that trio on the field at the end of the game. That will change on Thursday. Hold onto your hat folks...
A reminder on where to watch Ireland vs Wales - it is live on Sky Sports Football and Main Event from 7pm on Thursday evening.
