The senior team may not be great to watch, but at least the Ireland U21s are bringing some excitement to our lives at the minute. If you want to see their next game, we have all the details on where to watch Ireland U21s vs Iceland.

Stephen Kenny's side have played some fantastic football in this campaign. The results have followed as well, with three wins to open the campaign followed by an impressive 0-0 draw with Italy last week.

That was a game Ireland really should have won, and the fact they came away disappointed with a point speaks volumes. A win in Iceland will put them in a very strong position in the group.

Where is it?

The game will take place in Víkin Stadium in Reykjavik, with kick-off at 4pm Irish time.

How good is this Iceland team?

It had been a mixed campaign for Iceland thus far. They have two home wins from their three games, a 3-0 win over Luxembourg, and a 6-1 win over Armenia.

However, they did suffer a heavy 5-0 defeat in Sweden in their last outing.

How have Ireland been performing?

Really well. Kenny's side won their first three games against Luxembourg, Armenia, and Sweden. Their draw against a very talented Italy team was just as impressive.

Team news

Troy Parrott is suspended for this game following his red card against the Italians, while Jonathan Afolabi has been ruled out due to injury.
