No one likes to lose 4 nil when your job is already under threat.. Ove Christensen in particular doesn't like it.

From the Copenhagen Post

“Why are you hitting me?” the journalist asked him, to which Christensen replied that he was just patting him on the back for a job well done, adding: “You can’t expect me to answer your stupid questions.”

Following Randers’s 0-4 defeat to Brøndby yesterday, the journalist had asked Christensen questions about his qualities and his future as Randers coach – for example whether he would consider resigning if he didn’t get fired.

The following day Christensen was fired from his position. According to the club’s management, it was neither yesterday’s outburst nor Christensen’s lack of skills that cost him the job.

“Sometimes bad blood can arise in this kind of business where lots of emotion is involved,” , a member of the Randers FC board, told sporten.dk. “When you have had bad results and played badly for a period, there is sometimes a need to make changes and that’s what we have done here.”
