West Brom Chairman Responds To Saido Berahino's Damning Tweet

Transfer Deadline Day was a very busy day for West Brom, who had to reject both a third and fourth offer from Tottenham Hotspur for their striker Saido Berahino.

The England U21 international then took to twitter to vent his frustration, and he's probably regretting it now that he will be a West Brom player for at least another six months:

That wasn't exactly what he wanted to say? Yikes.

You have to admire West Brom's resolve in the situation. They will have turned down a substantial amount of money to ensure that they aren't pushed around by a supposed bigger club, even if it means upsetting the player.

What will likely happen next is a public apology from Berahino if he wants to play again before the January transfer window, but it's clear that he sees his future elsewhere.
