Norwich trashed Blackburn 4-1 in their first game of the Championship season.
Wes Hoolahan - just days after signing a new deal at Carrow Road - was involved in three of Norwich's four goals.
A screamer from Jacob Murphy gave Norwich the lead after 12 minutes. Five later, Wes doubled his side's lead with a scything run and low finish after picking the ball up on the edge of the box.
For Norwich's third - scored by Cameron Jerome - Hoolahan played it wide to Ivo Pinto who then crossed for the goal. His involvement in the fourth was a delicious assist - a nutmeg which played in Steven Naismith.
Blackburn's consolation goal was also scored by an Irish man - Anthony Stokes. The Dubliner was making his debut for Blackburn.
