Norwich beat QPR 4-0 on the final day of the Championship season.
In a good sign ahead of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Austria next month, Wes Hoolahan had a hand in all four goals.
Even before the game kicked off, it had already been marked as a memorable day for the Dubliner.
Hoolahan was named Norwich Player of the Year at Carrow Road. He finished the season with seven goals and ten assists in the Championship.

The Irishman scored Norwich's opening goal of the game. Though, QPR did not appear too bothered about providing opposition to his progress.
Hoolahan played in Alex Pritchard, who made it 2-0 to Norwich after an hour. A lovely lofted assist over the QPR defence from the 34-year-old allowed Josh Murphy to put Norwich 3-0 ahead.
He then rounded off his performance with his second of the game in injury time.
