Just when you thought things couldn't get any worst for Arsene Wenger. A 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace, and worse, Big Sam. It leaves them seven points off a Champions League place and now highly unlikely to continue their amazing 19 year run of Top 4 finishes. They've now lost their last four away games in the Premier League and their fans have decided enough is enough for the manager.
We brought you some of the reaction from football personalities last night to this shameful defeat, and Jamie Carragher has had his say on the performance and Theo Walcott's attitude in particular., but some former Arsenal players are also commenting after a new humiliating low for the manager and the club.
The difference between top clubs and Arsenal now, Arsenal want to win Man Utd Man City Chelsea even Tottenham now have to win

Only Arsenal tolerate failure!
It's disgusting! Who will go to AFC next year? AFC don't pay like the rest of prem top teams and don't win!— Jay bothroyd (@jaybothroyd) April 10, 2017
Sometimes players have nights where nothing goes right. All 11 of them tonight😱

It's fair to say a lot of the ire seems to be targeted at the players rather than the manager in this regard. Their performance last night was completely void of energy and you'd be struggling to pinpoint a moment of true effort. Wenger's time may have come, but there's a group of players there who one could argue are not acting professionally over the last couple of months and it's important they don't get a free pass.
