Juan Mata seems to be all the rage since being left out of Monday night's dire Chelsea game, if the Guardian is anything to go by. The little Spaniard has been Chelsea's best player for two years but gossip has gone into overdrive since last night, where his father was spotted watching Arsenal take on Fenerbache. Tottenham however, are also on the prowl, and are hoping to taking him off Chelsea's hands, even if only to stop him moving to the red-half of North London.

Yet another Chelsea related rumour for you as Demba Ba could potentially be heading back to Newcastle for the season. The Senegalese is unlikely to feature much at Chelsea, espcially as he finds himself fourth in the pecking order behind firstly, no striker, secondly, Rooney, and thirdly, Fernando Torres.

Elsewhere, Mesut Ozil is on the way to Manchester United where he will be paid £200,000 per week, Mamadou Sakho could exchanged Paris for Liverpool for some reason and Yoshi...sorry Yossi Benayoun might come out of retirement to help Crystal Palace stay up. What do you mean he wasn't retired?
