Eamon Dunphy has previously dismissed Thierry Henry's punditry work with Sky, saying that "Thierry Henry is there on £2 million a year, just sitting there as a tailor's dummy".
While Henry is often not the most insightful, he is quite a good tailor's dummy: his ability to look suave and sound utterly luxuriant has yet to be matched by anybody else in the punditry world. ahead of Man City's game with West Brom on Sky this evening, Henry gave us as good an example as we have had of his incredibly slick disposition. Listen to how he pronounces Saido Berahino and, most notably, James McClean:
'Mike Klane'. Beautiful. We could listen to it on endless loop. It's almost enough to forgive him for Paris in 2009. Almost.
