The internet has thrown up one of the strangest adverts this week, when an American decided he wanted to sell his copy of FIFA 14. He titled the ad on Craigslist 'FIFA 14 (PS3) - Cursed Version - $25'.

He then goes on to regale with a wonderful yet upsetting account of his gripes with the game and how it basically ruined his life. It starts with 'While the game is physically in perfect condition, something has gone terribly wrong.'

We've used to some illustrations to elaborate on his issues. First off...

Our Los Angeles friend explains in more detail, his issues with the gameplay:

Despite the fact that he is from the US he is adamant that the powers that be in EA Sports have no idea what life is like in Europe, and he is pretty sure it doesn't rain the entire year round.

He then moves onto the absolute headwrecker that is Career Mode and the scouting network which has made signing a player more complicated than trying to open a can of beans with your ear.

Judging by the piece, he appears to be an Arsenal fan and while he may be happy with their performance in real life, he luck on FIFA couldn't be any different.

The biggest problem of course it that he can't seem to move on in life from this wretched pasttime..
