We can only assume that Wayne isn't aware that that he has the GPS coordinates of exactly where he is in the world on the tweet. Or perhaps he does and he's making a wider and complicated point. He was happy to post a video of him training while on holiday on his Facebook page earlier in the week, it's all about controlling that message:
