Remember when Yannick Bolasie was balling out in the Premier League? He was a dangerous player at Crystal Palace, pairing with Wilfried Zaha to form a devastating duo on the wing.
His form was so impressive that it encouraged Everton to drop £25million on him in the summer of 2016. Then it all went to shit. The Congo international failed to make any impact on Merseyside, being shipped out on loan for the past 18 months or so.
He currently finds himself at Sporting Lisbon, where he was at the centre of a controversial incident last night.
The Portuguese side had 4-2 win over Portimonense, despite trailing 2-1 at half time and being down to ten men for half of the game. Bolasie was the player that saw red, but to call it harsh would be an understatement.
The winger was given a straight red card after 'lashing out' at an opposition player. It's fair to say that he went down easy. Bolasie soon took to Twitter to pull the piss.

This game took place in the Portuguese version of the league cup, with Sporting now into the semi-finals. It hasn't been a great campaign in the league, sitting in third place but already 13 points behind leaders Benfica.
